Join me every week for a gentle, online yoga class! 


I will guide you through a gentle flow, complete with grounding & centering, warm-ups, easy sun salutations, deep stretches, and a solid savasana/relaxation. This is for anyone who has anxiety, feels overwhelmed,or simply wants to move into the rest of the week with a sense of peace. We'll even set intentions and affirmations together. All levels and all bodies are welcome here.

PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL CLASS

Are you looking for a personalized and deeper dive into yoga? 

 

My online private yoga sessions for you and/or your family members/friends (up to 2 others) are it.

 

I create and teach personalized yoga practices for all levels and bodies.

 

Each practice will build on the next, and I will integrate several layers of yoga, including the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the ancient practice.
