As a faculty member of Yoga for Eating Disorders, I offer workshops combining my training as a yoga, nutrition and eating disorder professional.
These classes are taught from a trauma informed, eating disorder informed, and mental health informed perspective. All are welcome. No prior yoga experience required.All levels and all bodies are welcome here.
Yoga & Journaling Workshop: Healing Your Relationship with Food
This 90-minute virtual workshop is for anyone, at any stage in eating disorder recovery, who wishes to cultivate a healthier relationship with food (and ultimately, themselves). Through a yoga practice, which includes a gentle physical sequence, breathwork and meditation, combined with guided journaling prompts, you will be invited to tap into multiple layers of your relationship with food.

Are you looking for a personalized and deeper dive into yoga?
My online private yoga sessions for you and/or your family members/friends (up to 2 others) are it.
I create and teach personalized yoga practices for all levels and bodies.
Each practice will build on the next, and I will integrate several layers of yoga, including the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the ancient practice.
